Online International Math Challenge (IMC) is an online competition under the roof of the International Math Challenge organization. Online IMC aimed to encourage students to study and excel in math and critical thinking, and also to keep both teachers and students motivated in these hard times. Also this event was hoped to motivate students to see math in a different light, have their interest stimulated in the subject, and think about how they can apply math in their future studies and daily life.
IMC 2020 was planned to be held in Thailand but was taken place as a purely virtual event on 8-9 October 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic..
14 Yahya Kemal College students represented Republic North Macedonia and Yahya Kemal College in IMC out of 70 countries and 1600+ students.
One of the greatest success has been achieved with 2 Gold, 4 Silver, 2 Bronze, and 3 Honorable Mention medals.
