Calm Election Day, says SEC president

The Election Day was calm, campaign participants did not have any serious remarks and neither did the observers, said State Election Commission (SEC) president Oliver Derkoski late on Sunday.

“From SEC’s aspect, I believe we have achieved the objective of organizing and administering a clean and fair Election Day,” said Derkoski.

The SEC chief said candidates Stevo Pendarovski and Gordana Siljanovska Davkova advance to the runoff, which he expects to be as calm and fair as today.
